would be cool if you could bring a D Dog soldier or Ocelot on missions as Buddies and if the D Dog soldier was low level they would just be really annoying but they would be trained faster in the field with you

D walkers ammo/fulton/supressor all reset on checkpoint reload :D if you run low, just get a checkpoint save and reload for full replenish.

One thing about DD is that he has a *NASTY* habit of walking into your screen and laying down in front of you, perpendicularly, while you're trying to snipe from prone. So you lined up your Brennan on a guard and just pulled the tri-- _"Bond with D-Dog decreased."_

you forgot one more pro to add, D-walker is the most fun to drive around wether it be impacting a guard at mach 10 or cutting a tank in half whilst you drift circles around it

Definitely could have used an overhaul in its tactical utility, falls way short of it's real potential. I suppose if it would have had an automated drone setting it would have been op but once I reach end and post game I'm all about that op game play.

If you play out Quiet's story arc she eventually leaves the base. You can get her back by playing mission 11 [Cloaked in Silence] 7 times. You'll know you did it right when the mission title screen changes to Reunion: Cloaked in Silence and her hair and outfit will change. Once you complete the reunion mission, she will return to your list of deployable buddies. Even though she's gone in the story.

The fact the d-walker can stealth around is proof to how stupid the enemies are. Seriously how do you not see it?

D dog is good for marking everyone including prisoners and then you can switch him out for Quiet. D dog can be quite annoying with his constant panting and will get in the way of some shots.

Easily the most underrated buddy. People always clamor over d-dog, but he only does a fraction of Quiet can do.
